Date: March 26 - 28 2019

Location: Huntsville Alabama

Brampton Ontario, Canada – General Kinetics Engineering Corporation, the world’s leading provider of military suspension damping systems and advanced semi active damping systems, today announced that Company representatives will be attending the 2019 Global Force Symposium and  Exposition (AUSA Winter) at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville Alabama from March 26th to the 28th.

The 2019 AUSA ILW Global Force Symposium & Exposition is a three-day event that will include presentations from the
Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics and Technology), the United States Army Materiel Command, and the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command.

This symposium will explore the capabilities outlined in the Army Operating Concept and how the force transforms from being adaptive to driving innovation for Force 2025 and beyond. Special guest presentations, coupled with panel discussions from our senior military and industry leaders, will address critical points of acquisition, research and development, and partnering between military and industry. For the Army, this means restructuring military-industrial programs. The Army must take a hard look at its acquisition processes, with an eye towards the future, to maintain a competitive overmatch against potential adversaries.

About General Kinetics Engineering Corporation

We make suspension control systems that enable soldiers to do their jobs more quickly, more safely, and more effectively, so that when their deployment is over, they walk off the plane and into the arms of their family.

General Kinetics provides suspension components and systems to all the major Military Vehicle OEM’s, and we supply shock absorbers and struts for military vehicles all over the world. We have successfully demonstrated ride improvement and a lower per-kilometre operating cost with all the major vehicle manufacturers on new and existing programs.  These efforts resulted in a measurable increase in cross-country speed, and a decrease in operating costs, simply by adjusting the performance characteristics of the suspension to suit the mission.
